What we receive. The search terms, filters and any organisation or project details you (or the AI assistant on your behalf) send with a request.
How it is used. Only to answer that request. Search terms are forwarded to the public data sources listed at /api/v1/sources (e.g. World Bank, EU TED, UK Contracts Finder, SAM.gov, Grants.gov, EU Funding & Tenders Portal, World Bank Open Data). Currency conversion uses Rates By Exchange Rate API.
Storage. We do not create accounts or keep a database of your requests. Results are cached in memory for a short time to reduce load and are discarded on restart. Standard server logs (time, IP address, path, status) may be kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your data, other than forwarding search terms to the public sources above.
