The service. MODE Digital Creations Limited helps you find public tenders and grants, and drafts bid documents, proposals and market analyses. It is read-only: it never submits, changes or deletes anything on your behalf.
Third-party data. Listings and statistics come from public sources we do not control (see /api/v1/sources). They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility and requirements on the official notice before acting.
Drafts and scores. Match scores, verdicts and generated documents are decision aids, not professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you submit it.
Acceptable use. Don't use the service to break the law, overload it, or circumvent rate limits or the terms of the underlying data sources.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
